Vitamin C & Iron Importance, Functions & Diet Importance During Covid - 19

Tough phase is for every one. Why to avoid think about our beautiful gift by god "Fruits & Vegetables & Crops". The entire World is phasing tough challenge to fight with Covid - 19. Being responsible person it is important to maintain our food habits for self and for family too. Though medicines are there to support our health but We can not stay away or avoid our best natural friends who are providing natural energy and vitamins to fight with illness. 



During illness of Corona, With medicine Food is an equally important factor. Just to avoid outside food is not solution, but also matter What are you serving to your plate during corona infection. 

Diet options are wide for everyone though Vegan, Vegetarian, Eggitarian, Non Vegetarian, important thing is How much Vitamin- C. is present at your food plate and How much B-complex family is present at Bowl!!!!
